Guwahati – Manas National Park - Kaziranga National Park

Itinerary

• Day 1

  Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park (ASSAM)

  Early morning visit Kamakhya temple - considered the most sacred and oldest of the 51 Shakti peethas on earth. Back to the hotel. Check out the hotel and drive to Kaziranga (250 km / 5 hrs drive). Check-in Hotel. Overnight in Kaziranga. Kaziranga National Park: It is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers and bears, and thousands of birds. Note: Please be informed that elephant ride, jeep safari, and forest entry are regulated and controlled by the forest dept. Govt. of Assam. We do not have any control over the booking of elephant seats and entry by jeeps.

• Day 2

  Guwahati – Manas National Park (ASSAM)

  Arrive at Guwahati airport and drive to Manas (150 Kms / 4 Hrs drive) and check in to the hotel. Overnight in Manas. MANAS NATIONAL PARK: The Manas sanctuary is home to a great variety of wildlife, including many endangered species, such as the tiger, pygmy hog, Indian rhinoceros and Indian elephant.

• Day 3

  Kaziranga (ASSAM)

  After breakfast, enjoy the Park on a Jeep. Evening visit tea garden or Kaziranga Orchid park on direct payment basis. Overnight at Kaziranga.

• Day 4

  Kaziranga – Guwahati airport drop (ASSAM)

  After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati airport for an onward journey.

• Day 5

  Manas (ASSAM)

  After breakfast go for a full day jeep safari in the most beautiful point of Manas National Park – Mathanguri. Overnight at Manas.

• Day 6

  Manas – Guwahati (ASSAM)

  After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Guwahati (180 km/5 hrs). Reach Guwahati . Check in at the hotel. After refreshment go for evening river cruise on River Brahmaputra. Overnight at Guwahati.
